  Worst company to deal with!!! - left a pensioner with no phone all over the Winter!!! My mother-in-law is disabled and has COPD - she had a fault which was reported - nothing was done and no record of the report - so i reported it in November - since then she has still had no phone and we are nearing the end of January - I have had to chase and chase these people and now have been lumbered with a bill on the mobile from how long they keep you waiting on a premium rate number - (i didn't know it was premium rate) - they have offered a 'goodwill gesture' of 1 month of free line rental on her phone (which hasn't worked for over 3 months!!!) i told the that i was told that of course she would be refunded for all the time she had no service on a previous call!!! but there is nothing they will do for my phone bill (work phone)
  Never use this company - the staff do not listen to you - they talk over you and they have done nothing for a vulnerable disabled lady who needs a phone!!!! -
